Slight chance of late brief development in western Atlantic
Disturbance Sixty Five is centred around 200 miles east-sou’east of Bermuda moving to the northeast at 12 knots. This is expected to maintain course and speed for the next two days before encountering a ridge of high pressure which may force an about turn to the southwest, where there is a slight development window but unlikely to do anything of significance.
Still no sign of any contentious pressure gradients across the region.
Stand easy.
