2021 storm season awakens in western Atlantic

| Storm Report 2021

Disturbance Two* has piped up a day or so steaming east of Bermuda. Aerial images show signs of vertical convection. This is expected to loaf around for a few days and may pass close east of Bermuda over the weekend with winds of between 40 to 50 knots at peak, perhaps touching tropical storm strength, after which time it will briskly head off to the north-east.

Stand easy.

*We had a short flurry of rotation in the same area in March, which was technically my Disturbance One, but I did not want to raise the battle pennant too early
