Weak low pressure trough passing Venezuela coast.
Disturbance Three has opened out into a fairly weak tropical wave fanning out over the central Caribbean and north-western Venezuela moving quickly to the west at 22 knots. This has little chance of developing now and is expected to continue on its current course and speed until it reaches Central America tomorrow night.
