Failed pirate attack - Indian Ocean - 0655Z 14 October 2013

The MSC-HOA reports the failed attack on an unidentified fishing vessel at 0655Z on 14 October 2013, 525nm east of Haradheere.

‘Alert number 009 / 2013.

At 0655 UTC / 14 OCT a fishing vessel was reported under attack by 2 skiffs in position 04 09 N 056 49 E.
