Quiet day in the Atlantic basin

Wednesday 29th June 2016

Disturbance nine is centred around 500 miles north of the mouth of the Amazon and moving quickly west. This useless low pressure cell continues to fail to arouse any storm enthusiasts.

Disturbance ten is centred around a day west of the Cape Verde Islands and is on a westerly heading at around 13 knots. Over the last 24 hours, what little convection there was has decreased. More disappointment for the chatterers.

Stand easy.
