Unpromising low leaves African coast

Disturbance eleven is a day into the eastern Caribbean and scooting west at an impressive but utterly pointless 22 knots. This will prevent any significant development. A new system has slipped the west African coast overnight. A strong area of high pressure to the north will nudge this to the south of the convergence zone as it makes its way west where it will fall foul of dry air.
