New disturbance seaborne in the east

Disturbance twelve is about 500 miles east-sou'east of Barbados, westbound at 15 knots. Tomorrow, the disturbance is forecast to move through the Windward Islands bringing gusty winds and periods of rain however tropical development is not expected.
A new disturbance designated thirteen moved off of the coast of Africa overnight westbound at 18 knots and is now about 300 miles south of the Cape Verde Islands. The disturbance is moving through dry sandy air which will prevent tropical development over the next few days.
