Disturbance twelve is close to the coast of north eastern Venezuela just passing the mouth of the Orinoco and moving west at a blistering 28 knots which will prevent any development while it remains in the Caribbean. This should disappear in Central America in around three days time.
Disturbance thirteen is centred a few hundred miles south-sou'west of the Cape Verde Islands and is moving west at 18 knots. No tropical development is expected. In about 4 days, the disturbance may bring gusty winds and rain showers to the Windward Islands.
