Dry Saharan air across the convergence zone

Disturbance thirteen is about 550 miles due north of the mouth of the Amazon and headed west at 10 knots. Conditions aloft ahead of the system remain unfavourable for development and no development is expected from this system.
Disturbance fourteen is around one day steaming time west of the Cape Verde Islands and is moving west at 10 knots. Dry Saharan air will keep the system weak as it tracks west across the convergence zone and no development is expected from this system either.
