More chatter around the western Caribbean as yet without substance.
Disturbance Forty Four is passing about 150 miles north of Haiti on a track slightly north of west, showing no real sign of life. By Thursday it is expected to meet a with an advancing cold front causing an increase in squalls over the Bahamas but without development.
Disturbance Forty Six is now centred about 450 miles north east of the mouth of the Amazon and is expected to curve north of the Caribbean on Wednesday, also without development.
Disturbance Forty Five lost the sand battle.
