Two weak disturbances making a calm day at sea
Tuesday 17th July 2018
Disturbance Sixteen is now centred around 280 miles north of the Panama Canal headed for the Mosquito coast of Nicaragua at a brisk 22 knots. Dry air still rules the day and development is not expected.
Disturbance Seventeen is currently 400 miles north of the mouth of the Amazon, moving west through sandy air at 18 knots. This won't develop either.
