Disturbance Fifty Seven staggering around in north Atlantic

Tuesday 29th October 2019

The only significant feature of the Atlantic pressure profile today, is an unusually behaving low pressure system in the north Atlantic. Wacky Disturbance Fifty Seven is weaving around erratically some 700 miles northwest of the Azores and looking to stagger south and then stumble east again over the next couple of days. This still has the capacity to develop into a tropical storm but is unlikely to go much further afield than the Azores if it makes land at all, but that's anyone's guess at this stage.

Stand easy.
