Rain along south-eastern seaboard

Disturbance Two is now tracking slowly north-nor'east along the east coast of Florida towards the border with Georgia. The heaviest rainfall is offshore to the eastern side of the nominal centre. A slow stroll, partly over warm water will make this a rainmaker across the Carolinas tomorrow and into Thursday after which it may turn and follow ARTHUR seaward. Upper level shear should keep development down, but deepening cannot be dismissed completely.

There is still much chatter over the much-anticipated low forming south of Bermuda later in the week. If this does develop, it is only likely to become a fairly weak fish storm.

Rain across eastern Florida and into Georgia, otherwise stand easy.
