Two weak disturbances on radar
Sunday 12th July 2020
Disturbance Twenty One is passing between Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, moving a touch north of west at 18 knots. This will produce rain across the region but a cyclone inhibiting wind shear and dry air will keep this in check.
Disturbance Twenty Two has slipped the African coast and set to pass south of the Cape Verde Islands tonight. This is not particularly well organised and faces adverse conditions as in travels west.
