IMO coast state contacts

IMO has published the six-monthly reissue of the romantically named ‘List of National Operational Contact Points Responsible For The Receipt, Transmission And Processing Of Urgent Reports On Incidents Involving Harmful Substances, Including Oil From Ships To Coastal States'.

I doubt anyone needs reminding, but out-of-date contact lists are a fairly popular and easy deficiency for unimaginative port state inspectors, Wasserpolizei etc. The committed tree-hating inspector will want to see a hard copy too - all 34 pages, I'm afraid.

Watkins' managed boats will receive a hard copy in the next post. Please insert this as the rear of your SOPEP and dispose of the obsolete copy.
