Disturbance eleven dissipated

Unsurprisingly, disturbance eleven did not survive beyond a few hours and has dissipated over cooler water in the western sub-tropical Atlantic.

Disturbance ten is still plugging away bravely, westbound at 18 knots and now a day or so from the Lesser Antilles.  Upper level wind shear is still strong across the southern Caribbean, which makes development unlikely.
