EDOUARD blowing a hoolie

EDOUARD has hit the high life and is blowing a hoolie. This is now enjoying hurricane status way out in mid-Atlantic anonymity, currently moving to the north-nor'west at 12 knots with sustained winds of 100 knot winds and set to increase further to a category three by this time tomorrow. No land areas will be affected.

Disturbance thirty four is now centred 600 miles due north of the Amazon delta and moving to the west-nor'west at 15 knots. The system could bring increased rainfall chances to the Lesser Antilles on Thursday and Friday thereafter, there is a slight possibility that this may develop inside the Caribbean.

Disturbance thirty five is a weak tropical wave three days west of the Cape Verde Islands and moving west at 14 knots. Development appears unlikely over the next week. Unless you have the misfortune to be mid-Atlantic or a fish, stand easy.
