Two slow moving disturbances failing to impress
Disturbance thirty nine has barely moved since yesterday, still centred several hundred miles to the north of the Amazon. The system is expected to move generally west-nor'west and pass north of the north eastern Caribbean in three to four days from now. Upper-level wind shear in the region will likely prevent development. Little to no impact is expected on the Lesser Antilles.
Disturbance thirty eight has hardly moved either. Still centred a day or so west of the Cape Verde Islands, the system is creeping west at a snail's pace in useless dry air. Development is not expected. Stand easy.
