A new weak disturbance east of the Caribbean
Disturbance nine is crossing the far south of the Bay of Campeche having brushed the Yucatan peninsular overnight. This is located in the southern Bay of Campeche and will move into mainland Mexico within the next 24 hours. This is weak and upper level shear will prevent any development.
Disturbance ten has piped up around 350 miles north east of the Amazon delta and is moving west at 12 knots. Aerial imagery shows weak squalls but no surface shape and development is most unlikely and is only going to cause showers and brief localised stormy conditions to the Lesser Antilles over the next 2 to 3 days.
