Two dismal meteoroligical efforts
General overview Saturday 18th July 2015
Disturbance fifteen Is moving to the west at a disinterested 5 knots and is now centred around 350 miles north-nor'east of the Amazon delta. The system has become less organised as it approaches an area of hostile upper altitude conditions. Development is unlikely.
Disturbance sixteen has emerged a couple of days west of the Cape Verde Islands and is currently moving to the west at about 8 knots. This has piped up in a window of favourable environmental conditions however, a wall of upper level shear is ahead. Entirely in keeping with a storm season which is thus far, akin to watching paint dry, this is also heading for dismal failure in development stakes.
