Two weak systems in southern Caribbean
Disturbances fifteen and sixteen remain the only features on the weather chart today. Fifteen is situated about midway between Haiti and Panama, whilst sixteen is about a day's steaming astern, having passed the Leeward and Windward Islands about 12 hours ago. Both still headed due west. The latter still gaining on the former but unlikely to merge before disappearing into Central America in the next few days. Neither system is able to develop due to hostile conditions aloft.
