NICOLE gone with the wind as first tentative signs of season finale begin to appear.

| Storm Report 2022

We tracked NICOLE until the last signs of anything deep and meaningful dissipated, last seen heading towards the Great Lakes with just some traditional mucky winter weather emanating from what was its nominal centre but surface organisation is gone with the wind.

There are no significant disturbances across the reporting zone of the Atlantic, Caribbean or Gulf of Mexico. The busy network of frontal systems crossing the basin signifies the end of season advance party, but there is still warm water and patches of rising air which could produce the opportunist development, typical of this time of year.

Stand easy.
