Cautious old sailor continues storm watch in western Atlantic.
Whilst there are no active systems at large across the reporting region, I will have to disappoint some of the anonymous sweepstake organisers amongst our readership. There are still ripples in pressure gradients over warm water in the western Atlantic and around the eastern Caribbean which as a cautious old sailor, I cannot dismiss. I doubt I will be ringing down Finished With Engines for the next 5-7 days. None more sorry than I, believe me.
