Blue skies, calm seas.

From west to east:

Disturbance Thirty Seven has curved slightly north and is running parallel to the coast of South America, currently centred around 100 miles off French Guiana tracking west-nor’west at 15 knots with a hint of circulation taking place. This should enter the Caribbean overnight on Tuesday or early Wednesday when environmental conditions are expected to become less favourable for development but may be a rainmaker for the Leeward Islands.

Disturbance Thirty Six continues to produce disorganised showers and thunderstorms. Still loafing about some 300 miles south-west of the Cape Verde Islands, environmental conditions for development have started to improve for this when it begins its expected track to the north-west. A tropical depression may be able to form later this week over the open Atlantic but there are no current indicators of a threat to land areas.

Stand easy.
