Blue skies, calm seas, happy sailors.

The only pressure gradient of any significance on radar today is Disturbance Thirty Nine which is centred some 750 miles south-west of the Cape Verde Islands. This is moving west at 14 knots but is as dishevelled as a 1970’s tanker crew going ashore and not expected to impress anyone. In any event, this looks to be heading for an early turn into the central Atlantic, so unlikely to interest anyone ashore anyway.

Stand easy.
