Two pathetic disturbances seaborne
Monday 25th July 2016
Disturbance sixteen is now centred about half a day's steaming east of the northernmost Leeward Islands and moving west at over 20 knots, which is addition to upper level shear, will prevent any development other than soft and fluffy cloud cover and the odd shower.
Disturbance seventeen is about two days west of the Cape Verde Island and picking up speed. This is also kitten-weak and facing an unexciting outlook as it heads west.
