End of season drawing near
Monday 20th November 2017
There are no significant disturbances in the Atlantic that have much chance of tropical development. The end of the season is of course drawing near and I'm really tempted, but don't expect me to be the first to ring the curtain down on a season like this, in addition to old sailors' habitual caution anyway. There are still a couple of hotspots I'd like to see stay settled for just a few more days - the far south west Caribbean and south west Atlantic around the Bahamas. Not long now.
