Two non-developing disturbances approaching Caribbean

Disturbance Twenty One is around 12 hours east of the Lesser Antilles moving towards the west-nor'west at 13 knots. This continues to show some rotation and scattered thunderstorm activity and is likely produce heavy rainfall in places later. This is still not expected to develop.
Disturbance Twenty Two is 550 miles north-east of the mouth of the Amazon moving west at a leisurely 8 knots. This also has surface rotation and thunderstorm activity associated with it but environmental conditions are not forecast to be favourable for development.
