Disturbance twelve meeting upper level shear
Disturbance twelve is now around 700 miles north east of the Amazon delta and moving west-nor'west at 15 knots. The disturbance has become slightly better organised since yesterday, however is now beating against upper-level winds and a blob of dry air which will prevent significant development. One ambitious modeller is still championing the cause for a potential deepening depression, but is a lone voice relying solely on an as yet unlikely change in conditions aloft. The system could enhance showers and thunderstorms for portions of the Lesser Antilles on Thursday.
