Two disturbances under way
Disturbance thirteen 13 is now about 1000 miles east-sou'east of Barbados and westbound at 13 knots. Dry air and upper level shear have taken the sting out of the system and it has lost organisation overnight. This will however still bring some squalls to the northeastern Caribbean on Saturday, either as a disturbance, depression or weak tropical storm.
Disturbance fourteen is now a day west of the Cape Verde Islands and headed west at 14 knots. The chance of development is minimal, and any deepening will take place over the next few days but then likely to weaken.
Stand easy.
