Two weak disturbances - one each side of the Atlantic
General overview Saturday 6th June 2015
Disturbance three has resurfaced over the Bahamas, extending south and west into the north west Caribbean. This is a large area of short lived weak storms that will bring localised heavy rainfall to the Bahamas today but appears to have no desire to form any surface organisation.
Disturbance five is now about a day west of the Cape Verde Islands and is moving west at 10 knots. This is a little early for anything to develop in the intertropical convergence zone, so not likely to impress anyone.
