Frontal development off eastern seaboard

Disturbance fifteen is centred about 100 miles north of Panama and moving west at 8 knots. No development is expected before it moves over Central America.
Disturbance sixteen has slipped a little to the north of track and is centred around 300 miles north east of sixteen. This is headed west-nor'west at around 18 knots and is also headed for an unremarkable landfall somewhere in Central America without development. Some respected observer are getting excited by a stationary front off of the United States eastern seaboard . This front is expected to loaf about for the next week during which there could be some tropical development. If anything were to develop, it is likely to track to the northeast, possibly grazing the North Carolina coast.
